O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to hear and pass orders on the appeal of the petitioner dated 12.07.2014 seeking for cancellation of the Patta No.864 in respect of S.No.225/3A2 at Thaalampaadi Village, Namakal Taluk and District, within a time frame.
2. Mr. C. Kulanthaivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the Appeal before the 1st respondent as early as on 12.07.2014, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

3. Mrs.K. Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the Appeal dated 12.07.2014, within a time frame.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the Appeal dated 12.07.2014. on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
