The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this court on 01.11.2022, while disposing these petitions directed the Trial Court to dispose of Section 47 Application namely E.A No. 24 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. But, as on date, the Trial Court adjourned the matter unnecessarily.

2. Considering the fact of the case and also on perusal of records, it reveals that this Court has directed the Trial Court dispose of the above petition within a period of four weeks, but till date it is adjourned without passing any order. Further, the RCOP petition is of the year 2015 till date the petitioner is not able bear the fruit of the decree. Hence, the District Munsiff Court, Mannargudi, is directed to dispose E.A No. 24 of 2019 in E.P No. 48 of 2017 in RCOP No. 17 of 2012 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 02.11.2023 pbl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
