The matter is listed under the caption 'For being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that though the above said miscellaneous petition in WMP.No.19347 of 2022 has been filed for amendment of prayer, the amendment petition has not been ordered while disposing of the writ petition on 08.09.2022 and hence he prays for ordering of the said miscellaneous petition and carrying of necessary amendment in the cause title.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and further this Court being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the amendment petition, the miscellaneous petition in WMP.No.19347 of 2022, is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and reissue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
