Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the proceedings of the respondent pertaining to their tender notification dated 29.01.2016 quash the same in so far as the item one of the fresh notification for collection of toll from the private and public buses which enters the Cheyyar bus stand and consequently direct the respondent to permit me to continue to collect the toll from the private and public buses which enters the Cheyyar bus stand as per the tender notification dated 31.01.2015 for a period of three years award costs.
