O R D E R

The petitioner wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.70 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Tiruchengode to Sub Court, Sankari. 2.The transfer is sought for only on the ground of convenience, since the wife is resident of Koneripatti in Sankari Taluk and the husband is resident of T.Salapalayam, Kumaramangalam Post, Tiruchengode Taluk.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the wife is unable to travel alone, she has no one to accompany her as her father is a business man and his business requires travel across States.

4.Learned counsel has produced an additional typed set containing google maps showing the distance between Koneripatti and Sankari as well as Kumaramangalam and Sankari were the husband resides. It is seen therefrom that the distance between Kumaramangalam and Sankari is only about 16 kms, whereas the distance between Koneripatti and Tiruchengode is about 36 kms. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the above and considering the distance between the Court Complex and the residence of the parties and the convenience of the wife, HMOP.No.70 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode is withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Sankari. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
