ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders to regularize the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Attendant, Deans office (working in the Bio-Engineering Section), Madras Veterinary College, Chennai from the date of his initial appointment on 02.12.1992 with all consequential service and monetary benefits by considering the representation dated 15.05.2024 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
