By order dated 26.05.2016 passed in Crl.O.P. No.10985 of 2016, this Court had modified the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by directing him to stay at Hosur and report before the Hosur Police Station once in a week, i.e., on Sunday at 10 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking relaxation of the aforestated conditions. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been reporting from 12.06.2016 onwards.

Recording the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 26.05.2016 in Crl.O.P. No.10985 of 2016 is completely relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st of every month at 10.00 a.m. until final report is filed.

This Crl.M.P. stands ordered accordingly.
