Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 29.04.2023 to till date and the investigation is not completed. 3.Considering the above said submission, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to that effect, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a..m until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
