2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is a resident of West Bengal.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court does not find any merit to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2493 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026 by the learned Principle Special Judge/NDPS Judge, Chennai.
