ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in n Crl M.P. No.4932 of 2026 in Crl O.P. No.35713 of 2025 dated 16.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 3 of the order dated 16.03.2026 in Crl.M.P. No. 4932 of 2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 35713 of 2025 is hereby modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the respondent police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 21-05-2026 SHA Note:- 1.Registry is directed to forthwith upload this order in the official website of this Court.
