By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in S.Nos.80/2 and 82/1P3 totally 1.00 acres of Ammankovil Kadu, Adaiyur Village and Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation dated 25.03.2023 to survey the property in S.Nos.80/2 and 82/1P3 totally 1.00 acres of Ammankovil Kadu, Adaiyur Village and Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District. However, the same had not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
