This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.2016 of 2024, on the file of the XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2. Upon examination, it is found that the revision petition challenges an order passed in I.A. No. 5 of 2024, which is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure and therefore, this Court finds that the Page No.2 of 5
revision petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an appeal under the applicable rules.
