2019, this Court allowed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned XVII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, to restore the suit in O.S.No.3545 of 2012, after giving opportunity to the petitioner for defending the case and to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned XVII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, by a letter to the Registry dated 03.08.2021, seeks extension of six months time to dispose of the suit on the ground that the suit is still pending at the stage of eschewing the evidence of P.W.1. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned XVII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, six months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.3545 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
