It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation that as against the order of this Court, dated 23.6.2017 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.No.1119 of 2019 W.P.No.362 of 2017, they have preferred an appeal in W.A.No.3702 of 2019 and the same is pending. While that being so, it is not appropriate for this Court to proceed the contempt petition simultaneously for the alleged violation. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out the legal remedy subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.
2. In the light of the above observations, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. No costs.
