This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.47164/2008/E-1, dated 16.09.2008, wherein, the 2nd respondent herein, was directed to demolish the petitioner's shop building bearing Door No.43/20, R.K.V. Road, Erode.

2. When the matter was taken up for final disposal on 02.07.2008, the learned Standing Counsel was directed to get instructions regarding the present status of the case. Accordingly, today, the learned Standing Counsel Mr.Rajamathivanan, would submit that the said building was demolished as per the impugned order and a new building has also been constructed in the said place, hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel Mr.Rajamathivanan, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
