Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations / objections of the petitioner dated 15.05.2018 and 22.02.2019 to the panel for promotion in the post of P.G.Assistant and give due seniority of the petitioner based upon the marks secured by her (78.50) in the competitive and (as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Bimlesh Tanwar as reported in (2003) 5 SCC 604) and in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ganesan.P, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter of his client dated 21.12.2020 to the Registry through email with the following endorsement:
