When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 22.09.2017 made in W.P.No.12800 of 2010 has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court on 23.10.2019 in C.M.P.No.22751 of 2019 in W.A.No.3540 of 2019. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 23.10.2019.

2.Since the order passed in the Writ Petition has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed.
