This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Crime No. 223 of 2026 instead of Crime No. 233 of 2026 and satisfaction Court of the learned Session Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi in Crime No. 223 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police in above Crl.O.P.No. 12386 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
