The appellant seeks an order of injunction restraining the respondents from alienating the properties, subject matter of the appeal.

2.In view of Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, any alienation will be subject to result of the appeal. Hence, we see no necessity for grant of injunction as prayed for. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is therefore, dismissed.
