The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 467, 468, 471, 417 of IPC in Crime No.445 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted a report stating that the investigation has been completed and further action dropped (FAD). The RC's No.68 of 2025 served on 08.07.2025.
