This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.171 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the 1st respondent.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that investigation in Crime No.171 of 2011 was completed and final report has been filed on 16.06.2017 before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases-I, Periamet, Chennai and on account of the stay granted by the Supreme Court, the same has not been taken on file.
4.In such view of the matter, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, as and when summons are issued.
