ORDER

Writ Petition has been filed calling for the records passed by the 2nd respondent in A.P.No. 295/11 dated 29.04.2013 and to quash the same.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner / Corporation passed an order of dismissal as against the first respondent on 12.08.2011 alleging his unauthorised absence. Seeking to approve the said order of dismissal, the petitioner filed an approval petition before the second respondent in A.P.No.85 of 2011, however, the second respondent vide order dated 29.04.2013 has rejected the said petition. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/ management submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition the second respondent / workmen was reinstated in service. However, subsequently the second respondent was deliberately absenting himself from duty without giving prior permission. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.

4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
