Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/13514/2017 dated 21.08.2018 on the file of the first respondent, confirming the order passed by the second respondent/appellate authority in proceedings in Se.Moo.No.252/2017/A dated 05.03.2018 and the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.252/2017/A dated 05.03.2018, and the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1234/B1/CV/2017 dated 12.12.2017, quash all the aforesaid orders and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Salesman in any of the TASMAC shops within Namakkal District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus for quashment of impugned order passed in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/13514/2017 dated 21.08.2018 on the file of the first respondent, confirming the order passed by the second respondent/appellate authority in proceedings in Se.Moo.No.252/2017/A dated 05.03.2018 and the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1234/B1/CV/2017 dated

12.12.2017. Consequently, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Salesman in any of the TASMAC shops within Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the entire materials available on record.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2019 and pass a fresh order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.11.2024 mac Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order
