(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The learned V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, had dismissed M.C.No.145 of 2008 holding as follows: "Since the petitioner had already withdrew her claim of maintenance in her earlier M.C.No.399 of 2005 and since the

petitioner is leading adulterous life with one Muthuraj Pandian she is not entitled for maintenance from the respondent. The point is answered accordingly.

In the result, this petition is dismissed."
