ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner. 2.

Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that based on the complaint given by one Selvam, an enquiry was conducted by the third respondent in C.S.R.No.821 of 2026. He further submits that the petitioner was called only for the purpose of enquiry and was not harassed during the process. He also submits that the complaint has now been closed, as the dispute between the parties was found to be civil in nature and therefore, the presence of the petitioner is not required any further. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 21-05-2026 VKR
