ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9600 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
