PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of Order in 44/ MICK/ MLRPS/ 2014 dated 25.05.2014 on the file the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme containing dance and music on evening on 13.06.2014 as part of Sri Sakthi Vinayagar Temple festival at Moovendar Nagar in Mulanoor Villag of Dharapuram Taluk in Tiruppur District. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the records of Order in 44/ MICK/ MLRPS/ 2014 dated 25.05.2014 on the file the respondent and to direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme containing dance and music on evening on 13.06.2014 as part of Sri Sakthi Vinayagar Temple festival at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the fact that the permission sought for to conduct cultural programmes on 13.06.2014 was rejected in proceedings, dated 25.05.2014, due to lapse of time, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exists as of now.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
