O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 13.06.2014 passed in Telegraph Original Petition No.81 of 2011, by the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent are present. On a perusal of documents, it appears that on 16.10.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and 2/4

requested time to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Even after giving sufficient opportunity, the learned counsel who is on record for the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
