O R D E R

The petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application vide. I.A.No.410 of 2017 for appointing an Advocate commissioner to measure the suit property. The said I.A.410 of 2018 was taken on 03.03.2017 by Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram. After service of notice and hearing of arguments, the matter is posted for order from 17.12.2018 yet, the trial Court has not passed any orders in the said Application till 08.02.2019.

2. Perusal of adjudication shows that on 22.02.2019 I.A.No.1196 of 2018 came to be filed and the same is pending.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and long pendency of the said Interlocutory Application, this Court is of the considered view to direct the trial Court to dispose of the same at the earliest.

4. Accordingly, a direction is issued to Principal District Munsif Judge, Villupuram to dispose of I.A.No.410 of 2017 in O.S.No.69 of 2017 pending on its file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of the with the above directions. No costs.
