ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner in W.P.No.17549 of 2020 and W.P.No.17550 of 2020 on 19.02.2018 and 08.10.2018 respectively and to issue patta with respect to the subject property.
2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioners for enquiry on 24.12.2020 @ 03.00 pm. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.
3.Taking into the consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioners for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.These Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
