ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to accept the petitioner voluntary retirement scheme application No.49 dated 26.03.14 in the light of the circular issued by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings Ref.No.P1/14/59/VRS dated 21.03.14 HRD Division.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has reached the age of superannuation. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
