ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10998 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. He further submitted that, it is a huge scam and the investigation is in progress and further A2 is still absconding and hence, the presence of the petitioner is very much required. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
