Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the past four months.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 10.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6793 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3703 of 2023, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
