This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondentPolice to complete the investigation and to file a charge sheet/final report in Crime No.177 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein F.I.R in Crime No.177 of 2025 was registered on 22.03.2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 329(4), 296(b) and 351(2) BNS, 2023 against the accused persons. He further submitted that investigation is under progress and hence, he prays time to file the final report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Police to expedite the investigation and file a final report/charge sheet within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
