The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 04.04.2014, passed in I.A.No.617 of 2013 in OS No.345 of 2013 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Erode.

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents has already been settled in out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
