ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Certiorari quashing the re-tender notification dated 09.05.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the tender itself was only for a period from 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
