..Respondent(s) PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in respect of his Refusal Check Slip in RFL/Manalurpettai/16/2026 dated 5.5.2026 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondent to register the Fair and Decretal order in I.A.2/2026 in O.S.15/2026 dated 30.3.2026 relating to the properties in Survey No.7/3B-0.02.50 ares i.e.,0.06 cents and Survey No.7/3C-0.70.00 ares i.e.1.72 3/4 acres and comprised in Old S.No.7/3 at Souriyapattu Village, Manalurpettai Sub District and Villupuram Registration District.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

2. The writ petitioner and her brother filed O.S.No.15 of 2026 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirukoilur, against one Gnanamani Ammal and two others and obtained an order of interim injunction restraining the third defendant namely, Senthil from interfering with their possession and enjoyment. A contested order on merits was passed on 30.03.2026 and the petitioner approached the respondent for recording of the same.

3. Since the authority had declined to register the said order of Civil Court, the Writ Petition came to be filed.

4. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the said document. The respondent herein will issue notice to the respondents/defendants in the suit. If the impugned order had attained finality or if no interim stay is obtained by the defendants in the C.M.A. within a reasonable time, the respondent is obliged to record the interim order obtained by the petitioner herein. Such an exercise

shall be completed by the respondent within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of re-submission of the Civil Court's order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
