ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking the relief of quashment of the impugned order dated 08.04.2014 passed by the 2nd Respondent and a direction to the 2nd Respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition has been filed seeking the larger relief, however, as against the order passed by the 2nd Respondent/District Registrar, there is an effective remedy available before the 1st Respondent/ Inspector General of Registration, this Court may permit the petitioner to condone the period during which, this petition was pending before this Court while computing the limitation. 3.In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that there is an effective remedy available before the 1st Respondent/ Inspector General of Registration, this petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority and also further directs that while computing the period of limitation, the period during which this petition was pending before this Court shall be excluded.
