ORDER
The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 324(3) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.27 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 6(d) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.17161 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 6(d) in Crl.O.P.No.17161 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
