Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal, since the matter has been settled between the parties. He has given a letter dated 24.2.2016 to the Registry to that effect. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are also dismissed.
