Respondents Prayer:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the revision petition dated 26.08.2020 submitted by the petitioner and to cancel the order of suspension dated 21.08.2020 issued to the petitioner and order for reinstatement in service on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2020 and pass appropriate order.

O R D E R
The petitioner was issued with a suspension order dated 21.08.2020 in contemplation of enquiry into grave charges and challenging the same, he has filed a revision petition on 26.08.2020, followed by a representation dated 26.10.2020 and since no orders have been passed either on the revision petition or on his representation, he has filed the present writ petition.

Mrs.G.Djeyarani, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) would submit that the respondents will pass final orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioner at the earliest.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the revision petition dated 26.08.2020 filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
