The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.

This petition is filed to recall NBW by an order dated 19.08.2021, directed the appellant/accused to appear before this Court through video conference.

The accused was produced by the police personal from the Pulianthope Police Station and accompanied by a constable. The accused was questioned about his identity and reason for non appearance and he replied that he was not informed by the counsel and also not taken any steps to represent him when the case was posted for trial. 4.

Heard, the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 1/3

Records reveals that in CRL.M.P.No.1/2015, dated 23.06.2015, the accused-appellant was enlarged on bail and directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month. 6.

Taking note of the economical state of the appellant, I am inclined to recall the warrant, on condition that for all the subsequent hearings, the accused has to appear through video conference from the office of the the counsel. Besides complying with the earlier order passed by this Court in the above said bail order. The police produced the accused before this Court has been recorded. 7.

In view of the above direction, NBW is recalled and the petition stands allowed.
