This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8585 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8585 of dated 24.04.2023, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
