This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Judgment and decreetal order in C.M.A.No.05 of 2012 dated 22.01.2014 on the file of the Sub Judge, Poonamallee in confirming the Judgment in I.A.No.340 of 2008 in I.A.318 of 2008 in O.S.260 of 2008 dated 11.04.2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
