ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for the property situated at No.96, Mettu Theru, S.Agravaram Colony, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Survey No.28/24 measuring an extent of 5 cents house property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would produce a Certificate issued by the Government certifying the Death of the petitioner on 16.02.2017.
