This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by order dated 26.04.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month by 10.30.A.M.

until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.5879 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2561 of 2023.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
