O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner or any person connected with the affairs of the petitioner's company under the guise of conducting enquiry on false complaint foisted by the said Shanthi Damodaran. 2.The Inspector of Police was present before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 16.07.2019. Court that he will not repeat the mistake again and will give proper instructions to the office of the Public Prosecutor without any delay, in future.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
