This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the first respondents in pursuant to the impugned order in Naa.Kaa No.2710/2019/Sa.Vu.Thi. Dated 20.02.2020 and to quash the same in so far as the third respondent is concerned and to direct the first respondent to approve the list of employees in pursuant to the representation dated 18.12.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the third respondent viz., P.Vennila has been transferred from the petitioner school and as on date, she is not working Page No.2 of 5

in the petitioner school.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that after the transfer of third respondent, one Mrs.Tamilselvi has been appointed in the petitioner school on 10.06.2022 and she has also been transferred to some other school.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.11.2024 (vm) Index :
