C.M.P.No.5111 of 2024 IN W.A.SR.No.4978 of 2023 S.S.SUNDAR, J.

AND A.D.MARIA CLETE, J.

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondents through Court as well as privately and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. This Court finds sufficient reasons for the delay on a reading of the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the cause for the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the writ appeal 'for admission'. (S.S.S.R., J.) (A.D.M.C., J.) gya 14.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
