This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the matter and register First Information Report based on the complaint dated 17.04.2021, given by the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 17.04.2021, no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking registration of FIR.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and it is found that it is a business transaction, which is civil in nature. Hence, the complaint has been closed and the closure report has been sent to the petitioner on 19.07.2021. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has not received the closure report.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to send the copy of the closure report to the petitioner in the manner known to law.

6.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
